EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lopez Ramos has more than fifteen years of experience as tax counsel for individuals, national and multinational companies, and public and private financial entities, including subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies. He has counseled a wide array of national and multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate developments, complex tax litigation, including revocation petitions with the SAT (Mexican IRS), nullity, and amparo actions (constitutional challenges).
